68 Ventures, one of the largest development companies in Baldwin County, has proposed a mixed-use “village” development along State Highway 181 in Daphne that will incorporate single-family housing, multi-family housing, retail, and corporate office space.

“We’re locking into a higher-end project that we really do want to be unique and best in class for the area,” Drew Dolan, CEO of 68 Ventures, said.
