Florence man charged with kidnapping, domestic violence, robbery
A Florence man is facing several charges, including kidnapping, stemming from an incident about three months ago.
Nicholas Pierre Boudoin, 28, faces charges of second degree kidnapping, third degree robbery, domestic violence – strangulation and third degree property theft.
The arrest came after an investigation into an incident that allegedly happened in March. Additional details were not released.
Boudoin is being held in the Colbert County Jail on $42,500 bond.
The Colbert County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Unit and the United States Marshal Service were involved in the arrest, along with the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force and the U.S. Marshal Service.
