Justin Timberlake was arrested Monday night in Sag Harbor, New York for allegedly driving while intoxicated.

A spokesperson for Sag Harbor Justice Court told CNN Timberlake, 43, who remains in police custody, has a court appearance Tuesday morning.

The former NSYNC star has been on his “The Forget Tomorrow World Tour” since April and has concert dates in Chicago this weekend and two shows in New York City next week.
