One person was killed, and two others injured in a crash Friday in Tarrant.

Police and fire medics were dispatched at 12:09 p.m. to the four-vehicle crash in the area of Pinson Valley Parkway near Springdale Road.

Three people were taken to area hospitals. One of the victims, an adult male, was pronounced dead in the emergency room, police said.
