A Sunliner Diner restaurant is expected to be built in Orange Beach. The owners are seeking site plan review approval to build the restaurant at 26035 Perdido Beach Blvd., in Orange Beach, according to city planning. The 50s-style restaurant also has a location on Ala. 59 in Gulf Shores.

– An investor paid $4.85 million for 4.18 acres at 14800 River Road in the Perdido Key community of Pensacola, Florida, according to Andrew Chason of Marcus & Millichap, who handled the transaction. The property features 600 front feet on Ole River and within walking distance of public Gulf beach access and Perdido Key State Park. The land is zoned Planned Resort District (PR-PK), which allows for destination type uses that include residential, hotel development and supporting recreational and commercial facilities.
