Denim apparel retailer Buckle will open at Birmingham’s The Summit on Jan. 25.

It’s one of several new tenants added to the shopping center, and the company’s eighth location in Alabama. Buckle already has one store at the Riverchase Galleria.

The new 4,541-square-foot store is located next to Urban Cookhouse.

Buckle offers men’s and women’s denim clothes, with different brands including BKE, its in-store private label. The store also sells tops, footwear, and accessories, from more than 200 fashion brands, in its stores and online at buckle.com.

Headquartered in Kearney, Neb., Buckle currently operates 440 stores in 42 states.

Also open this month is:

• Blue Sushi Sake Grill, which offers sushi, sashimi, specialty nagiri, vegan maki and a children’s selection, along with drinks and dessert.
• Pandora, a handcrafted jewelry retailer, has open a 1,126-square-foot location next to Anthropologie and J.Jill.
• Evereve occupies a 3,350-square-foot space next to Urban Cookhouse, offering women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories.
