U.S. Housing and Urban Development officials were in Huntsville last Thursday to review the city’s proposal for the $400 million Mill Creek Choice Neighborhood Initiative.

“We spent all day with those people explaining our project, what we’re looking at doing, how we’re going to do it,” Mayor Tommy Battle told the City Council.
