Thompson senior outfielder D’Marion “Bub” Terrell committed to Auburn on Tuesday, according to Prep Baseball Alabama.

Terrell helped the Warriors to the Class 7A quarterfinals this season.

He hit .419 with 10 homers, 10 doubles and 42 RBIs for Frankie Perez’s team. He also stole 18 bases in 19 attempts.

Terrell is 6-foot-3, 202 pounds and is left-handed.

He went 6-3 on the mound with a 2.12 ERA.

Thompson lost to eventual Class 7A champion Bob Jones in three games in the quarterfinals.
