How many former Auburn players are on NFL rosters?
Thirty-two former Auburn players appeared in NFL regular-season games in 2023. With teams reaching the final phase of the offseason program across the NFL, 44 men on current league rosters played at Auburn.
Ten of the players are rookies, and six entered the NFL from other college programs after transferring from Auburn.
The Seattle Seahawks and Tampa Bay Buccaneers have the most former Auburn players on their rosters with four apiece. Seven former NFL teams do not have a former Auburn player on their rosters.
By position, the former Auburn players in the NFL include 10 defensive backs, eight defensive linemen, six linebackers, six offensive linemen, four wide receivers, three quarterbacks, two kickers, two running backs, two tight ends and one long snapper.
During the offseason, NFL teams are allowed to carry 90 players on their rosters. The regular-season limit is 53.
