TraePay’s Cafe has leased 1,200 square feet of space for its sno-cones and snacks business, according to Harle and Younce who represented the landlord in the transaction. This will be TraePay’s second Mobile location. In 2023, TraePay made it on AL.com’s list of Mobile’s top 5 ice creams.
