The growth of Uptown Birmingham, the area near the BJCC and Protective Stadium, has caught the attention of Forbes, which recently named the area a “Neighborhood to Watch.”

The publication recognized the area’s wide selection of restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. In addition to the BJCC, which hosts concerts, theater and sports, the area also has Top Golf, the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame and City Walk.
