On a mostly mixed day of trading on Wall Street, our chart followed suit. Only two others were up more than 4% and only one was down more than 3%.

A pair of stocks, Globe Life Inc. and Community Health Systems Inc., finished with gains of more than 4%. Globe Life Inc. was up 4.3% ($3.31) and Community Health Systems Inc. rose 4.2% ($0.14).

Overall, U.S. stocks finished mixed after the head of the Federal Reserve said the cuts to interest rates that Wall Street craves so much are still likely, even if they’re delayed because of stubbornly high inflation.
