The National Weather Service issued a dense fog advisory at 3:29 a.m. on Thursday in effect until 9 a.m. for Choctaw, Washington, Clarke, Wilcox, Monroe, Conecuh, Butler, Crenshaw, Escambia, Covington, Mobile and Baldwin counties.

The weather service states, “Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.”
