28-year-old Tuscaloosa woman missing since Saturday

Authorities are searching for a Tuscaloosa woman missing since the weekend.

The parents of 28-year-old Nathia Thomas last spoke with her Saturday when they made plans to meet with her the following day, according to Tuscaloosa police.

They reported her missing on Sunday when they went to her Claybrook Drive home and she was not there. Thomas also has not answered her phone.

TPD spokeswoman Stephanie Taylor said officers do not suspect foul play but want to ensure her well-being.

Thomas’s silver 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee was spotted in Oxford Sunday afternoon.

Thomas is 5-feet, 4-inches tall and weighs 178 pounds.
