For folks looking for a way to satisfy a sweet tooth but still stay on the lighter side, Eat This, Not That compiled a list of 10 of the healthiest fast food desserts. One of the options is the McDonald’s Vanilla Soft Serve Cone.
“It contains 200 calories and 17 grams of added sugar, which is less than the recommended amount of daily sugar from the American Heart Association.It also contains 180 mg of calcium, a key nutrient for bone health,” registered nutritionist Amy Beney told Eat This, Not That.
Other selections include the Wendy’s Jr. Chocolate Frosty and the Chick Fil-A Icedream Cup.
