Lake Guntersville tournament gives kayak fishermen a taste of Bassmaster big time

There are plenty of good anglers out there who are competitive. There are plenty who dream of testing their fish catching skills against other good fishermen. There are many who would love to showcase their skills on the big stage for all the world to see.

Unfortunately, only a small percentage can afford the $75,000-plus needed for a bass boat, the $75,000-plus for a truck needed to pull it across the country, and the exorbitant cost of entry fees, motels, gas and travel required to compete in Bassmaster’s upper echelon of tournaments.

Bassmaster has a solution for those with such dreams, and its coming to Lake Guntersville May 18-19.
