New Echoland fest: Flaming Lips, Tenacious D, Nile Rodgers and more
Tyler Childers, Vulfpeck, Phil Lesh & Friends, Robert Plant & Alison Krauss, Tenacious D, Nile Rodgers & Chic, The Flaming Lips and Gov’t Mule are all coming to a new Florida Panhandle festival.
Echoland is billed as a three-day camping festival. It will take place for the first time on May 11-13 at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Fla. Weekend passes range from GA+ access with primitive camping for $389, to VIP access with VIP RV camping for $1,399, to $8,000 for VIP access with cabin camping.
Early access tickets go on sale Thursday, Jan. 19, for those who sign up at www.echolandfestival.com. “A public on-sale will follow if tickets remain,” according to organizers.
The Florida Panhandle venue is east of Tallahassee, near Lake City, Fla. According to promotional information, Echoland is presented by C3 Presents, “the team behind Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Shaky Knees and more” and Live Nation Florida.
