Police in Prichard are working to establish a motive and identify suspects after a 40-year-old man was found killed Sunday night.

According to police, officers responded to the 200 block of Allenby Street about 9:30 p.m. Sunday. Once there, they found the victim, 40-year-old James Allen Woodard of Prichard.

The manner of death was not included in information released by police.
