The SoFi NBA Play-In Tournament continues tonight, as ESPN hosts a doubleheader of two Eastern Conference matchups.

The Philadelphia 76ers and Miami Heat will face each other tonight at 6 p.m. CT, while the Atlanta Hawks and Chicago Bulls play immediately after at 8:30 p.m. CT. Fans can catch all the action live by utilizing Fubo TV’s free trial or using Sling as an affordable streaming option.

The winner between the 76ers and the Heat will earn the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference and prepare to play against the New York Knicks in the NBA Playoffs.

Meanwhile, the loser of this game will have to face the winner between the Bulls and Hawks, fighting for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.

The 76ers and Heat faced each other just a couple of weeks ago, ending in a narrow victory for the 76ers. Tyrese Maxey’s 37 points combined with Joel Embiid’s 29 points was just too much for the Heat to overcome.

Despite losing James Harden at the start of the season due to a trade with the Los Angeles Clippers, the 76ers have remained competitive in the Eastern Conference. Embiid is looking to lead his team over the hump and finally reach the Eastern Conference Finals for the first time in his career.

The Heat are looking to make it back to the NBA Finals, where they came up short against the Denver Nuggets last year. The Heat were the eighth seed last year and battled to get in via the Play-In Tournament, so this should be a good matchup between two veteran teams.
