North Alabama man faces multiple sexual abuse charges involving 2 juveniles
A Rogersville man faces seven counts of sexual crimes involving two juveniles, according to court documents.
The Morgan County Sheriff’s Fugitive Unit Thursday executed a grand jury warrant on Kolbi Leland Miller, 21.
Miller has been charged with two counts of first degree rape, two counts of second degree rape, incest, first degree sodomy and second degree sodomy.
The arrest came following an investigation by the Morgan County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Division which began in August 2021 after a report was made by Morgan County DHR. The report involved two juvenile victims.
The Morgan County Child Advocacy Center and Morgan County DHR conducted the investigation, which was then submitted to the Morgan County District Attorney’s Office.
Miller was transported to and booked in the Morgan County Jail. He is being held without bond.
