The Baldwin County Planning and Zoning Commission approved Summer Grove subdivision, a 215-lot subdivision outside of Daphne, despite their expressed frustration with the density and resident concerns about infrastructure.

In fact, two different members of the planning commission made motions to deny the subdivision but withdrew them before the final vote.
