$5,000 reward offered in disappearance of 44-year-old Walker County man; FBI to join search
Authorities are searching for a 44-year-old Walker County man who has been missing for nearly two months.
Milton Daniel Frost’s landlord reported him missing on March 2. At that point, according to Walker County sheriff’s officials, Frost had not been seen for over a month.
Since then, investigations have been looking for Frost. The sheriff’s office has deployed resources from patrol deputies, narcotics agents, an aviation unit, SWAT, and surrounding agencies.
The search has included interviews with more than 40 people, six search warrants, 15 accumulated days of foot searches, three aerial searches, two searches with cadaver dogs, and 10 drone flights. Investigators have also examined cellphone data.
“We will continue to search, we will continue to inquire, and we will continue to flood the community until the truth of this situation has come to light,’’ said Sheriff Nick Smith in a Facebook post.
