‘American Idol’ season 22 episode 5: How to watch, where to stream online

Week 5 of American Idol is here and set to to premiere on ABC Sunday, March 24 at 8/7c.

During week five of the new American Idol season, the stakes are high in the final round of auditions as aspiring superstars perform in hopes of advancing to Hollywood Week.

Since the show’s return in 2018, the panel of American Idol judges have been Lionel Richie, Luke Bryan and Katy Perry.

Perry announced that season 22 will be her last season on the show. It has not been announced who will replace her in season 23.
