Authorities are asking for the public’s help finding a suspect in a weekend hit-and-run that injured a child.

The crash happened Saturday in the 2500 block of McDaniel Drive in Anniston.

A 4-year-old was hurt, but the extent of the injuries was not released.

Police officials said the suspect vehicle has been described as a blue, two-door Hyundai coupe driven by a heavy-set Black female.
