Remote controlled aircraft crashes into Huntsville pub

A remote-controlled plane crashed into Huntsville’s Back Forty Beer Co. on Sunday, briefly touching off some excitement but not impeding the St. Patrick’s Day rush.

According to the restaurant, the crash happened on the restaurant’s roof, causing minimal damage.

There were no injuries reported.

The restaurant called in a “slight scare” in a social media post.

“Did evacuate the building and reopened when fire and rescue gave us the all clear,” the restaurant stated in a social media post. “B40Hsv is open and the beer is flowing.”
