Kathy Jumper on real estate: Investors buy former restaurant site in Saraland
A group of investors paid $382,500 for the former Ming’s Chinese Buffet building on 1 acre at 929 Saraland Blvd., or U.S. 43 in Saraland, according to The Weavil Company, which represented the seller. Josh Hall of CRE Mobile represented the buyers.
The transaction was one of several of note in Mobile and Baldwin counties in recent days.
The property and a 6,875-square-foot building are located in front of the new Rural King set to open in Saraland next year.
