With the 2023-2024 high school basketball season officially complete, it’s time to rank the five best boys basketball teams in the Press-Register’s Coastal Alabama region.

This year’s final rankings include a pair of state champions in Jackson and Hillcrest-Evergreen and a runner-up in Vigor.
