IHOP teams with Girl Scouts for a new cookie-inspired pancake
If you’re a fan of Girl Scout Cookie collaborations, IHOP has a deal for you.
The breakfast restaurant chain has announced Girl Scout Thin Mints pancakes are available nationwide March 1 through March 31 as part of the company’s Pancake of the Month program, reports USA TODAY.
The Thin Mint pancakes include four green buttermilk pancakes topped with creamy cheesecake mousse, Girl Scout Thin Mints pieces and whipped cream. Customers can get the special pancakes as a full stack, side, or as part of a pancake combo.
Last month, IHOP and Lays teamed up to launch a potato chip version of its signature fruit-topped pancake special, the Rooty Tooty Fresh ‘N Fruity. According to Nation’s Restaurant News, the Lay’s x IHOP Rooty Tooty Fresh ‘N Fruity features the flavor of IHOP pancakes, with sweet notes of strawberries and maple syrup, finished with a subtle flavor of bacon for a savory balance, served on a light-textured potato chip. The chip is available exclusively at Walmart.
