A new veterinarian hospital, Taco Mama and a 95-unit Marriott hotel all planned for Mobile area
The owner of Langston Animal Hospital paid $1.06 million for 4.13 acres on Ala. 59 in Gulf Shores and plans to develop a veterinarian hospital on the site, according to court records. David Milstead of Bellator Commercial represented the seller, Leonard Farina. The buyer, Dr. Adam Langston, was represented by Burt Arthur of Dodson Real Estate Group, Healthcare Real Estate division.

Bapu’s Food Stop, which specializes in Halal Syrian food, has leased 1,200 square feet of space, according to Younce and Harle of White-Spunner.
- Blue Marlin Getaway, a waterfront duplex with boat slips at 26077 Marina Road in Orange Beach will be offered for sale at auction at 11 a.m. March 16, according to American Auctioneers based in Centre. The duplex sits on a deep water canal with access to Terry Cove, the Gulf and the Intracoastal Waterway.
