‘We bought class rings’: Limestone County has encountered growing pains in all facets, including its school district. With many of the area’s schools reaching capacity, the district says it has no choice but to rezone, a decision that has left many parents disheartened.

‘This is 2024′: After seeing its population grown from a little more than 7,000 in 2000 to currently approaching 30,000, residents of the Big Cove area of Huntsville have demands, including a dedicated post office and ZIP code, and a new high school.
