The Alabama High School Athletic Association wraps up the 2023-24 basketball season next week with the State Finals at Birmingham’s BJCC Legacy Arena.

Games will be played with the semifinals Monday-Wednesday while Class 7A plays its semifinal contests on Thursday along with Class 1A boys and girls championships. Friday and Saturday features championship games for the remaining classes.

The Huntsville Times coverage area has three girls teams with a shot at taking home the blue map trophy, and they lead the way in this week’s Power 5.
