Leaked TNT footage shows Charles Barkley hilariously roasting Shaq in expletive-filled exchange

Charles Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal are always verbally sparring on the air, usually at each other’s expense.

As it turns out, not much changes off the air.

Leaked, behind-the-scenes footage of “Inside the NBA” during all-star weekend reveals O’Neal was venting about TNT not airing his recent Orlando Magic jersey retirement ceremony. Barkley pounced on the opportunity and joked that Shaq was mad it was shown on NBA TV and not on TNT.

Due to the language in the video, it was not used for this post, but you can find it here.

Ernie Johnson explained it wasn’t shown because TNT had a doubleheader that night and couldn’t. Kenny Smith agreed with Shaq that the ceremony should’ve been televised.

That’s when things got interesting. Shaq called Charles “a company guy.” Barkley had a colorful description of Smith for defending Shaq. Barkley then made fun of O’Neal about the number of teams he has played for in his career.

That’s when O’Neal appeared to get sensitive.

““That was after my fourth championship while you still have none,” he said.
