4th teen suspect charged in killing of 16-year-old boy during Montgomery robbery
A fourth suspect is in custody in the fatal 2023 shooting of a 16-year-old boy in Montgomery.
Willie Cole, 18, of Millbrook, is charged with capital murder in the slaying of Hector Pantaleon Aviles.
Cole was taken into custody in Prattville on Thursday by the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force. He is being held without bond in the Montgomery County Detention Facility.

Earlier this week, authorities announced the arrest of 19-year-old Raymond Kemp in connection with the teen’s death. Kemp, who was already facing an attempted murder charge in unrelated case, was captured in Florida.
Two other suspects, ages 16 and 17, were charged in December.
According to charging documents, police were dispatched at 11:56 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023, to a report of a suspicious person on Cloud Street.
They arrived to find Hector unresponsive inside a Nissan Altima. He was pronounced dead from a gunshot wound minutes later.
Investigators determined the group was trying to rob the teen. Records state the deadly shooting happened earlier that night – about 6:15 p.m.
