After nearly a month of failed attempts to get help from the city of Birmingham, south East Lake resident Missy Roll was recently confronted by a pair of loose dogs breaking into the crawl space of her home.

According to East Lake Neighborhood Association President Richard Drake, this is just the latest event in a string of ongoing dog control issues that have been plaguing the neighborhood for some time.
