Troy hires Sean Reagan as offensive coordinator

Troy football coach Gerad Parker completed his 2024 coaching staff on Tuesday with the hiring of Sean Reagan as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.

Reagan returns to the Trojans following five seasons at West Virginia, where he worked under former Troy head coach Neal Brown and was quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator in 2023. Prior to his time with the Mountaineers, Reagan worked for 10 seasons in various capacities with the Trojans under Brown and Larry Blakeney.

Reagan coached both quarterbacks and running backs during his previous stint at Troy. He also spent a year as a graduate assistant at Texas Tech as well as several seasons as a high school coach in his native Georgia.

It was widely reported that Green Bay Packers assistant Tim Lester was in line to become Troy’s offensive coordinator following the end of the NFL season. However, Lester ended up taking a job as the OC at Iowa.
