A Florida man was killed in a weekend traffic crash in Montgomery County.

Alabama State Troopers on Tuesday identified the fatality victim as Jacob M. Daniels. He was 25 and lived in Graceville.

The wreck happened at 3:29 a.m. Saturday on Alabama 110, about three miles west of Fitzpatrick.

Senior Trooper Joshua Thompson said Daniels was driving a vehicle that left the road and hit a tree.

Daniels, he said, was not using a seat belt and was later pronounced dead at Baptist East Hospital.
