Lane Kiffin celebrates 3 years alcohol free with inspirational message

Lane Kiffin took a minute Tuesday to share an inspirational message on social media with anyone who might be having a tough go at it.

The Ole Miss coach posted on “X,” the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, on a day he is three years alcohol free.

“For those of you that may have something holding you back from being the best version of yourself, I encourage you that you can do it!” he posted. “It may seem simple but not easy, but it definitely will be worth it. We only have one shot at this life on earth. Go be the best you can be.”

In 2022, Kiffin opened up to Outkick about spiritual and physical transformation. Kiffin was into Pilates, Hot Yoga and ‘Hotworx’ to keep up with his cardio, while following a strict dietary cleanse, which includes no alcohol, which he thought would only last ten days, but – at the time – was 17 months long.

Now, it appears the Ole Miss coach is at three years.

Worry not, Kiffin is tackling all of life’s big adventures. Just recently, he proclaimed his life would never be the same after making his first trip to Buc-ee’s. Just a couple of weeks ago, the former Alabama offensive coordinator trolled Crimson Tide fans after his former team took a hit in the portal.
