Mobile City Council President C.J. Small has sat on the city council since 2012. A native of Mobile, Small also owns Small’s Mortuary & Cremation Services, which has locations in Mobile County and on the Eastern Shore.

Small represents District 3, which includes Brookley airfield, the Maysville community and the Dauphin Island Parkway communities.
