Throughout his 50 years of service to the city of Hoover, Mayor Frank Brocato said his top priority has always been creating the best possible quality of life for his residents. This year, he plans to do that through city-wide upgrades that cover everything from sidewalks to medical centers to the metro’s latest hot-button topic, trash pickup.
