If any of those apply, you’re in luck. Walmart is open the day after Christmas (Tuesday, Dec. 26).

After being closed Christmas Day, Walmart will return to regular schedules on Dec. 26. For most stores, this means 6 a.m.- 11 p.m. Sensory-friendly hours with lower lighting, static media images and no music will be from 8 a.m.-10 a.m.

Return policy

Many people will be heading to Walmart to handle returns, so you can expect long lines at customer service.

To accommodate the holiday rush, Walmart is extending its return policy. Most items purchased in-store or online from Oct. 1 through Dec. 31 are returnable until Jan. 31, 2024. Marketplace seller participation varies. Check the Return Policy for details.
