Season 16 of Married at First Sight is finally here and set to premiere on Lifetime Wednesday, Jan. 4 at 8/7c.

According to Lifetime, season 16 of Married at First Sight will take place in Nashville as Tennessee-based singles embark on a journey to meet the love of their lives during the 23-episode season.

The new season reunites experts Pastor Cal and Dr. Pepper with DeVon Franklin, a New York Times best-selling author and relationship advisor along with Dr. Pia Holec, a renowned psychotherapist who specializes in sex and couples therapy.

These experts will provide couples with professional advice and support as they head through an emotional quest to pursue their forever love.

What is Married at First Sight about?

Based on a hit Danish format, “Married…” the Lifetime reality series Married at First Sight features people who agree to participate in an extreme experiment: Each covenants legal marriage with a complete stranger.
