Tenants may be moving into the 107-unit Gallery at Lowe Mill apartment community across from the Lowe Mill Arts and Entertainment Center by the end of the year.

Bristol Development senior development manager Beau Daniel said the mixed-use development is going through final inspections.

Daniel said there has been negotiations for the leasing of more than 2,900 feet of restaurant space. In addition to the commercial space, Gallery at Lowe Mill is a mixture of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.

The L-shaped building includes a large parking area for residents and restaurant patrons. According to the Bristol Development Group website, the apartments include expansive floor plans, gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops and hardwood-style floors.

It will also feature a clubhouse, a fully equipped fitness center and a dog park.
