Damar Hamlin still in ICU, remains in critical condition, Buffalo Bills reveal
Buffalo Bills’ Damar Hamlin spent Monday night in the intensive care unit where he remains in critical condition Tuesday, a day after the safety collapsed in a game against Cincinnati, the Bills announced Tuesday.
Very little information on Hamlin’s condition has been made public after the Bills said his heart stopped following a tackle during the Monday Night Football game, which was indefinitely postponed.
Hamlin collapsed on the field during the first quarter of the nationally televised game against the Cincinnati Bengals and was given medical treatment for nearly 20 minutes before being taken to a hospital.

“We are grateful and thankful for the outpouring of support we have received thus far,” the Bills statement read.
Earlier in the day, Hamlin’s family was asking fans to continue to pray for the Buffalo safety after he suffered cardiac arrest on the field Monday night.
Hamlin’s family released a statement on Tuesday morning, expressing gratitude to first responders and stating updates will be passed along as soon as they are available.
