Limestone County officials have identified the two people killed Monday morning in a plane crash.

According to the Federal Aviation Administration, a twin-engine Beechcraft E95 crashed northwest of Huntsville International Airport at around 11:20 a.m.

Limestone County Coroner Mike West said William Lloyd Huston, 67, and Nikul Navin Desai, 31, both of Huntsville, were killed in the crash. They were flying out of Huntsville International Airport.

The plane crashed in the area of Alabama 127 and Witty Mill Road.

The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board will investigate.
