Will mail run today? (Jan. 2, 2023)
Jan. 1, 2023 fell on a Sunday so the post office is recognizing Monday, Jan. 2 as the official holiday.
That means there won’t be any mail service on Jan. 2.
USPS offices will be closed, though self-service kiosks are available for drop off at some locations. USPS offices will reopen on Tuesday and mail delivery will resume.

Monday, Dec. 25 – Christmas Day
UPS and FedEx
There will be no regular UPS pickup or delivery service, except for UPS Critical on Monday. FedEx delivery services will operate as usual, except for FedEx Freight and FedEx Express.
UPS store locations might have modified business hours on Monday, Jan. 2. It is best to check with your local store for specific operating hours.
