A 32-year-old man missing since last week has been found dead.

Brian “Christian” Carrol was last seen Wednesday, Nov. 15, in Tuscaloosa County.

Family members on Friday filed a missing person report with the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities said his phone had last “pinged” on a cell phone towner on Brown Road, not far from his father’s house.

Sheriff’s deputies looked for Carrol throughout the weekend, said Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit Capt. Jack Kennedy.

Investigators continued the search into Monday, when they found Carrol dead in a wooded area. Kennedy said there were no signs of foul play.
