Jada Pinkett Smith didn’t mince words when TMZ asked her about the allegations that will Will Smith was having sex with his “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” co-star Duane Martin during filming of the 1990s hit show.

“We suing,” the 52-year-old told TMZ Wednesday morning.

Earlier this week, Will Smith’s former assistant, Brother Bilaal claimed on the “Unwine With Tasha K” podcast that he “opened the door to Duane’s dressing room” and saw “Duane having anal sex with Will” during their days together on the popular show.

A Will Smith representative told TMZ, “This story is completely fabricated and the claim is unequivocally false.”

While promoting her “Worthy” memoir, Pinkett Smith admitted she and Smith have been split since 2016 but clarified that they weren’t heading for divorce.

The reason the status of the relationship wasn’t made public, per Pinkett Smith, is they weren’t “ready yet … Still trying to figure out between the two of us how to be in partnership … In regards to, how do we present that to people? We hadn’t figured that out.”

“Why it fractured … that — that’s a lot of things … By the time we got to 2016, we were just exhausted with trying. I think we were both kind of just still stuck in our fantasy of what we thought the other person should be,” Pinkett Smith.

Smith and Pinkett Smith addressed their marriage during a 2020 conversation on “Red Table Talk. In that interview, Pinkett Smith’s relationship – or the “entanglement” – became a national headline.
