These 3 holiday recipes will impress without breaking the bank
The couple of months between November and January can make people do odd things.
They even have a name for this phenomenon. They, whoever they are, call it simply “The Holidays.”
“The Holidays” is that ill-defined and somewhat confusing time when we do things that we wouldn’t do during normal times of the year. For instance, it is a time for overindulgence, overdoing it and spending more on food and entertainment than we would ordinarily do.
Think of it this way: It is the one time of the year when we will consider buying lump crabmeat instead of claw for our canapes and maybe spend the extra money for prime beef when making your signature Christmas roast.
In short, it is the one time of the year when it is ok to just go nuts and not worry about the consequences.
