They’ve balanced out their offense, giving the ground game plenty of opportunities in order to relieve some of the pressure off quarterback Trevor Lawrence. Lawrence, who is questionable for this week’s contest with a knee injury, has thrown for 239.8 yards per game, while Travis Etienne Jr. is averaging 75.2 yards to lead the rushing attack.

The Jacksonville defense allows the second-fewest rushing yards per game at 75.3, but they are susceptible to the pass, allowing the second-most yards at 270.3 per game.

The Saints may have lost last week, but they are still in the playoff picture and fighting for a chance at the top spot in the division. Their defense will be looking to keep up its pace of being in the top 10 in the NFL in points allowed, rushing yards allowed, and passing yards allowed per game. So far this season, they’ve only allowed their opponents to score 20 or more points once.

The New Orleans offense has been struggling, however, and ranks in the bottom 10 in points scored per game with 18.2. They’ve followed the lead of quarterback Derek Carr, who is averaging 216.5 yards per game through the air, while running back Alvin Kamara is the leading rusher with 66.3 per game on the ground.

History isn’t on Jacksonville’s side in this one, having dropped their last four games to the Saints.
