A man was arrested after Mobile police said he assaulted a 6-year-old who he accused of damaging his child’s scooter.

Todd Neal, 32, confronted the juvenile victim at a residence in Lloyd’s Mobile Home Park on Oct. 4, police told Fox 10.

Neal accused the victim of damaging his child’s scooter before striking the victim multiple times.

Neal was arrested Thursday on third-degree burglary charges.
